Re: anyone off to Europe?
Sorry nobody else answered yet - I couldn't agree with you more! We already live in paradise and so the beachy thing is more 'appropriate' for an anniversary in our opinion. We are going to Paris in around a week and have our wedding and honeymoon in Italy.
We just love culture, art, architecture, etc... and so we think that a European honeymoon is more suited to our tastes. We already relax together enough on the beach hehe, but want to get out there and experience adventure at this time in our lives. If you want any info on traveling, tour reviews, hotels, etc, send me FM please.
I think when it all comes down to it though ANY honeymoon location (tropical or not) is great, 'cause you're with the one you adore!

Same here.... we have been going to Mexico and the islands for a long while now and figured this had to be something very special, a trip to remember. We traveled all over Italy for 16 days and it was great. It was perfect for us and so different from anything we have done before. Memories of road side picnics overlooking the vineyards..... moonlit walks in medieval towns. I WANT TO GO BACK!!!

Re: anyone off to Europe?
We just got back from our HM in Europe. We did 5 nights in London and 4 in Brussels. We had the most amazing time. I do not have pics yet, but will post them as soon as I can.

We're doing a Mediterranean cruise & then a week in Ireland. We figure we can go to the Carribean anytime, but we plan on having kids right away & probably won't have the opportunity to go back to Europe for a long time!
