I cant sleep either. 3 of my brothers kids are all in hospital, one in brain surgery right now for past 4 hours after horrible car accident tonight.

My SIL just called, Destiny ( my 8 year old neice just came out of brain surgery now after over 4 hours, the doctors said she came through very well, they removed the pressure from the brain and removed the skull fragments and controlled the bleeding. Her spleen is ruptured, the are going to remove it tomorrow, but she needs a blood transfusion. She lost massive amounts. My nephew 13 year old, thank God only suffered a broken wrist and some bruises. Sadie my 6 year old neice had no internal damage, but has a lot of stitches in her face and neck. I have been on edge for the past 6 hours since this happend, THANK GOD, she made it through this surgery.

I'm glad that everyone is okay. There holiday weekends are terrible for car accidents Poor kids, they are so young! How is your brother doling?

My brother passed away last year.

Thank you, i appreciate it, Shes back in surgery today, they are removing her spleen. And giving her a blood transfusion. So far shes still in critical condition in Stony Brook Hospital. We are waiting for updates.
