anyone pregnant and doing WW??

i found out i am 6 weeks pregnant and ww told me that i can no longer sit in on meetings or weigh in...which is ok but i heard there used to be a ww pregnancy plan..does anyone know how it works? i want to follow something but be healthy..thanks!!

I know they gave my cousin a plan to follow. ask about it at WW, see if they will do that for you. :)

i know. i did ask ..they said that they dont do it anymore because all the pregnant women with anorexia and stuff..they dont want to get sued..so they wont give me the old plan....does your cousin remember the point plan???

One of the women got pregnant in our ww group last year. The leader told her to stay on the plan for nursing mothers. She also said that if she felt hungry to eat and don't be deprived.

I called my cousin today and she was told to stay on the program they gave her to maintain her weight loss. They also recommended that she go out of the point range on days she needed to and increase her points in the final months of pregnancy if need be.
