Anyone Purchase Rings from Elsa's Custom Jewelery?
I may need a custom wedding band and husband to be wants one custom too, anyone have experiences with them? How are they, can they make all different styles or re-create a Designer band for less?

We are working with them. Elsa is making my band to match my ring exactly. And mike is getting a ring that he liked in fortunoff but they are making much cheaper.

I remember your post from before, your FH wanted the Jeff Cooper in Platinum, right, My FH wants the same ring made!! Elsa's is making it for under $1000, right? and how long is it going to take?

I think it was little over 1000.00 but it depended on the size of the stones. We went there I think last month for the first time. She said it wold be done by the end of the month (may) I guess I should call her huh?

We are not using them. However, someone at work did and highly recommended them. She said they have great prices.

I had my wedding band made by Elsa, they did a great job!!! I think mine was about $1700

We got our rings from Elsa. I think it was about $1500.

My sister and her husband both had their wedding bands made by Elsa. She was gret to work with from what they had said. She was great on budget and allowed for payment plans. Their rings came out amazing and my sister band matched her E ring perfectly. Based on their experience, I would recommend her.

I'm working with Elsa also.
She is designing our wedding bands to match my celtic knot engagement ring.
My band will have the celtic trinity knot all the way around with pave set diamond rails on each side.
My fiance's ring will be just the celtic knot repeated 3/4 around with plain 14k white gold rails. She quoted us between $2,000 and $2,300.
We've only seen the wax molds, but we are expecting a call any week now with to go in and see the set gold.
Make sure you make an appointment if you are going to see her. We went in without an appointment and at first they were kind of rude trying to push us off. But after we made an appointment Elsa was so nice and helpful and really understood what I wanted and how to do it.

We got our rings made by elsa. Mine was a custom job made to match my e-ring. We went through the whole process with the wax mold, and picking out the diamonds. FH picked one out of their showcase with some changes to it.
I think they do great work, and have great quality. But I am a little disapointed with their timing and with their customer service. It took about 6 months to do our rings. And everytime I called them, I could never get through to a human being. And I would leave messages everyday and nobody would call me back. It got to the point where I thought they were out of business. They gave me a hard time when I wanted to get the appraisal on the rings before the wedding, so we could get them insured. It took them 3 weeks just to write up an appraisal.
But as far as quality, I think they are great! Everyone has different experiences with customer service. But if you are thinking about getting custom rings made, I would get on it!

I used Elsa's and loved them. They gave me exactly what I wanted and they were a pleasure to work with. They make a wax mold of what you want your ring to look like...then you pick your diamonds...then they give you the completed product. You have input along the whole way.
I would recommend Elsa to anyone looking to have a custom ring made.

We used them (our rings will be ready for pickup tomorrow) - they are very good at customizing, and Stefan (the guy in Farmingdale we worked with) designed my wedding band to match my e-ring (which he did as well). I like them, although they will skirt around money issues (it takes a couple of tries to get a true number on how much things cost - tell him way up front what you're budget is) But the workmanship is fantastic (they take their time but it's totally worth it) FM me with questions!

Our rings came from Elsa's & I love them. Stefan designed my wedding band to exactly match my e-ring & my DH got 2 different rings(one with diamonds & one plain gold band) from the showcase. I loved working with them & when I took them to be appraised I was even told there by the appraiser that they do good quality work.
