I am leaving cameras at the tables- I am going to leave directions(although it is pretty standard now, so i think people know what to do) but I think the saying that comes with many of them is nice

This is the saying for mine...I bought them on eBay:
TABLE CARD TEXT: Please use this camera to take pictures of the people at your table and capture any candid moments that will help us remember this special day. Please place the camera on your table before you leave.
This is the tent...so cute!

For those of you who are getting cameras, be careful! Check out what happened to weddingbee: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=weddingbee - scroll down to the March 24, 2005 entry.

I can't click on it...what happened to her?
Is it about the expiration date? Because you should definitely make sure you're not using an expired camera.

Re: Anyone putting wedding Camera's on tables
According to her blog, she bought her disposable cameras from weddingcameras.com, and after the wedding she found out that some of the rolls weren't able to be processed at all, more than half the prints didn't come out and the most of the ones that did were of very poor quality. She investigated and found out that they had taped film onto old film cartridges. There was a crease down the middle on the white tape on the film and when this was put into the developing machine, the tape was too thick for the machine to cut through. The machine jammed and the entire roll was exposed and lost forever.
I quoted most of the stuff here from her blog.

I think its pretty self explanatory...BUT I don't want people to walk away with the cameras either..I think I might put a little poem on it or something cute like that

Re: Anyone putting wedding Camera's on tables
I wasn't trying to scare you girls or anything. I'm thinking about doing them, too, but I just want to make sure we all watch out for bad products. It would suck to lose all the wonderful pics just because some merchants are trying to sell us crappy stuff!
