antyhing by Dennis Lehane, Harlen Coben or James Patterson.
I especially love Lehane's mysteries! shutter Island was my favorite!

If you like Mary Higgins Clark or James Patterson books then you will also like Wendy Coris Staub. I read one of her books and it was excellent...I am going to pick another one up as soon as i get a chance.
