I do to save money and i think its ginna be so weird to actually be the one responsible for all the household chores (well ofcourse FI and i to share).

Yes, We both still live at home and plan on it untill about 2 mts. before the wedding ... its the only way you can save money

we live with my fmil. she is wonderful and so generous for having us here- but we have NO privacy and she tells me how to do EVERYTHING...
oh well i am thankful that we can save $$$!

We were suppose to move into our apt back in January, but the landlord keeps saying its not finished yet. We are moving into a first floor of a house that is owned by a guy from kevin's firehouse, so we are trying to be patient, but its the middle of may now and i want to be in the apt and out of my house already.
we've been saving money for so long that we have enough for an apt and the wedding.

I moved back home for a year to save some money. In about a month or so, I'll be in my own new place! EEEEEEEEK! No more conveniences!

Yes we both live home with our parents. If we didn't we would never be able to save for this wedding. He lives in Nass and I live in Suff that is the only bad thing. We don't live to close to each other. I will definitely miss my house when I move, especially my mom's cooking.

I come for an ultra conservative family (Catholics!) and they don't believe a 'woman' should move out of the house until you're married....however, I'm 24, and never needed to leave b/c I saved a lot of money, bought a car, started a business, and have a downpayment to contribute to for when I marry the FH. Worht evry minute - especially since I did go away to school for a little bit, and got a taste of the 'other' side.

We both live here at my mom's house. It's not bad but I can't wait to have a place of our own. We're still not sure if we want to buy a small place next year or rent...I guess we'll see as time goes on.!

My FI and i both live with my parents. Thank goodness my parents allow us both to live there and understand how expensive it is to live on LI. At least we know before marriage that we can live with each other!

actually i love living at home, but me and FH get NO alone time
me too...we actually manage to get some alone time somehow. I can't wait until we have our own place to call home. I know I will definitely miss living with my mother and brother though

FI and I moved in together back in January. I was paying my mom a small rent to live at home and FI was living with his aunt and also paying her a small rent, altho he pretty much lived at my house. We just couldn't take the 2 of us in my small room so we moved out. Our rent now is a lot more but we've got plenty of space and the privacy is priceless! But I do miss the home-cooked meals and our pockets are a lot lighter now. Oh well!

I do and FH lives on his own and let me tell you I am saving so much money and he is struggeling btwn rent and car so I am glad to be home. The best thing about me being home is that my partents go away every weekend so FH and I get to spend the entire weekend together! I have the best of both worlds. But I agree that my mom is going to be heart broken when I move out and I am not looking forward to that....

Yes I still live at home My parents would also be upset if I moved in with my FH
My FI and I live at my parents. I love it - would like more privacy but encourages us to plan weekends away. I'm a little embarassed to say that we plan to live there after we get married to, until FI starts making money. He's in medical school and I wouldn't be able to support the both of us financially and live comfortably...Just easier. That and I like the idea of someone being at home when he's off doing his 24 hour shifts.
Free food is an added bonus!

I live at home and my FI just bought a condo June will be a year, we'll move in together when we get married, thats the part i'm looking foward to the most, dont want to move in early and not have the 'newlyweds' feeling

I am a true believer to living with your FI before marriage for soooo many reasons. I guess it just all depends on personal preference & tradition.
