i work in that building (it's now called RXR Plaza, btw) and asked about taking pics here but they said i'd need to set something up (no idea if it was going to cost money or not)

I spoke to them and they couldn't really give me much info but said you'd need to speak with Jennifer - her number is 516-683-0339. They said it'd prob cost something but couldn't give a range or estimate.

I checked them out and spoke to the main office a few months ago. FH and i met there while we were working together and thought it would be nice to take out engagement pics there. There is no fee but they did tell me they can not stop the people from walking by. She also told me since 9/11 they dont allow people to take professional pics there. She said if I was there with a 'friend' taking pics with no tri pod then that would be ok. All I would have to do is call her the week i am going so she can alert the security staff so they dont stop us from taking the pictures
