Anyone try an updo with Jenn?

I'm debating on whether to have a trial with Jenn. I know some people have had bad experiences with her lately but so many people have had good experiences with her as well. It seems like so many of the girls who used her did their hair half up.

Did anyone have a trial with Jenn for an updo? I'm looking for a very soft updo. Nothing tightly pulled back or too defined (for lack of a better word). Does anyone have any advice as to how versatile she is with updos?

PS. I looked at her website and none of the pics shown are really what I am looking for.
