Oh Cassie I'm so sorry!! I hope you find it! I know what a horrible feeling that is! Did you check all around the shelf? Maybe it got wrapped up in something or is just hiding behind something you aren't seeing? I'm sure you have already, but I know that sometimes I place my ring on my dresser, and then freak out even when it is right in front of my face.

I dropped a tiffany necklace down there once. Actually, the cart knocked it down there.
That trap won't let a ring make it past into the major plumbing, it's too heavy to make it back up out of the U.
Is it insured?
