My friend's brother used them almost 2 years ago on a recommendation and was very happy, they were good. We danced A LOT. Now my friend is getting married and is using them.

I would seriously think twice before booking them. I could never in good faith recommend them. I went to see them after a friend booked them for her Nov 11 wedding (01) I walked out. When I told them that I would need to discuss all the information with my FH who was out of town they got NASTY and insisted that I sign a contract then and there. My friend who booked them is still fighting to get 1/2 her money back. They played the wrong 1st dance song. They could not find her music til the end of the wrong song. They blamed her for that. They had claimed they had done tons of weddings at Jericho Terrace, I think they lied. They had way to much equipment for the size room she had. And she asked them for a recomendation on what size package would be good for her based on her guest list and the room she had. It was crazy. And then the equipent crapped out at one point and made this brain piercing noise for over a minute. Also several of the CD`s skipped. I know she paid top dollar and she was ripped off.(that`s what she said) Check with the BBB and see if they have any complaints. I`m not sure if she filed one or not. Just my experience.

My friend used them last June for her wedding at the Westbury Manor and they were excellent. I booked them about 3 weeks ago for my wedding in July 2003. Good luck with your planning! Karen

BODY ROCK DJ / MC? -is this the watermill expo dj?
i believe this was the dj at the watermill expo's---if they were they stink! i used to work in a catering hall so i have heard mmmaaannnyyy dj's and this one was not good--very corny-cheesy---i thought that i might have a hard time deciding b/w dj's b/c how different could they be?--but i totally saw a difference with these guys....while i was at the expo and went over to their booth to get info--they didn't even try to impress me--they were like here you go (i could see if there was a crowd of people and that is why they were like that-but there wasn't).....this is just my opinion--hope it helps!

i saw them at watermill too
Actually you are right, i saw them there too the band heart and soul performed first and although I want adj it made me have second thoughts because they blew the DJ away! Its hard for Djs to showcase though, bands can just play, djs mainly play music but all the extras are doen so you can see it all and its a little much all at once im sure it would be different at the affair, maybe getting tapes its a good idea to see how it really went down at a weding.Welcome New Vendors
