i'm so confused about them because i watch 'amazing wedding cakes' all the time and i heard they were on it. but the only new york based baker that's on it is called the cake atelier.....however, when i looked at the cake alchemy website, they have a picture of this skull cake that i watched the cake atelier make on one of the episodes....and NOW that you say that they do really good sugar balls....well that's the cake atelier's specialty!! so it's very confusing. i'm scheduling a tasting with cake alchemy in the next couple of weeks hopefully. does anyone know what the deal is?
it used to be cake atelier when it was co-owned. cake alchemy is one of the two past owners of cake atelier.
i looked online and it said it starts at $9 a slice and goes up. I cant afford that :(
