Anyone Used/Using Signature Florist?

I'm wondering if anyone is using them or has used them because I booked them several months ago and have not been able to get in touch with them at all. I'm getting nervous and am planning on just showing up there since they won't return my phone calls and now I've heard that they're never open.

I have a feeling I'm not gonna get any responses but I had to try. I hope there's someone else who is using them too.
