I see everyone recommending Rosalie, but I have to offer my two cents. I hired Francesca from Dazzling Affairs. LINK TO WEBSITE She is also an LIW vendor. From the moment I signed the contract I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. My initial consultation with her lasted well over 3 hours. She came to my very unusual ceremony location to scope it out. She listened to all my concerns, all my ideas, offered suggestions, mentioned things that had never occured to me etc. Since that day, she has been availabe through email and phone anytime I had a question or concern. She always answers my emails no later than the day after I send it (and that is rare, usually she answers same day).

I can't recommend her highly enough from the quality of service I have received to this point.
