or centerpieces? I'm curious as to how expensive they are, I know they are pricey, but how bad? As compared to stephanotis? Anyone know? Can anyone share their prices with me? Thaaaaanks!

i am using calla lilies in my bouquet & throw away, 10 BM bouquets, 8 corsages, 20 boutonierre, 2 large alter arrangements and rose petals for FG baskets for $1800.

Callas vs. Stephanotis? That's QUITE a difference! I was under the impression that Stephanotis doesn't cost very much at all. But I could be wrong.
Anyway, I don't think callas are that expensive - my BM Adri used them for our bouquets, and they were VERY elegant.
Check out Burtons~I was there today and did my final arrangements and they didn't charged me more for this than a regular rose bouquet~which I originally had picked out.
I was going to use the callas in my bouquet and BM'S but they don't come in the color i would like. But i do have 3 in the mix of my CP's.

I thought the same thing about stephs but I just read somewhere that they were like five bucks a flower and I don't know how much callas run but I thought callas would be more which sounds like alot!

I am using 2 different color callas and stephanoitis with swarovski crystals in them from LA BLOSSOMS and Laurie gave me an excellent price! You should definately give her a call!

I am using all callas for everything, centerpieces, bouquets, coursages etc! they are my favorite flower. i was quoted from jack and rose about $2400 for 16 high calla lily centerpieces and 6 boo-ks, boutenierres etc, cake decorations, flowers for grandparents and parents etc. if you want more details, FM me!

I am doing all calla's in our bouquets, mine are going to be a dark red, bridal parties white and red. We are using Jack and Rose, he was the only place I went to that had no problem getting the color I wanted in calla's, and are paying $800. We aren't getting centerpieces or boutennierres(sp?) just so you know. That's for my bouquet, 8 BM bouquets, 3 corsages, flowergirl basket, and 2 altar arrangements.

I am all calla lillies and saw about 10 different florist - (except for one who quoted me about 2600 - but offered less than HALF of the number of flowers-only giving about 15 callas in the centerpiece) Everyone else was quoting from 3K-3.7K.
And I was getting a lot of flowers for that - about 40-50 in my centerpiece if I go with the bigger one (and 30-40 if I go with the smaller one -larger one will only cost 5$ per centerpiece more)
Make sure you ask how many you get in the centerpiece - the steams are very thick and so it limits what you can put into a tall vase without getting a wide neck.
