Anyone walking down the aisle w/ both parents?

I don't have a problem with it at all, but my mom thinks I do.

We're Roman Catholic and I don't know if this is often done.

Anyone know?

my friend did it last year and it was fine. it was a full roman catholic mass and everyone thought it looked great!!!

I would have loved to but my parents are divorced and mom is remarried. So I'm just walking with daddy. But I love when I see both parents.

We are getting married at reception hall and i plan on having my brother and Mom walk me down the aisle.

i am planning to do this, but our wedding is at the RH. I dont think it matters if its at the church or RH though.

I am, but that's because it is Jewish tradition.

I am going to do it. Dont see a problem with it! its like giving ur mom the equal credit as your dad :)

I walked down the aisle with my mom and dad - we're roman catholic as well

i think this is more jewish tradition but more and more brides prefer both parents... I was thinking of walking by myself and then meet both parents 1/2 way at the aisle that way I have picture of me alone walking and with them :)

Yeah, I'm actually going to church tomorrow for Palm Sunday and my sister suggested that we do a test run as we're walking in! HAHAHAHAHA

I am, and we're having a Jewish wedding, but I think I'd want to do it anyway

Walking down the aisle with both parents make the most sense to me, religion aside. Both of my parents raised me. That being said, I think the idea would offend my dad and my mom wouldn't like it either. So why push for it when my mom wouldn't even be happy about it, ya know?

I think we will be doing it. I'm not sure how crazy my dad is about it. The thing is that my mom and I are like best friends, I want to have that special moment with her too. I will be doing the father and daughter dance with my father, so he will have both.

i walked down w/ both parents! they both raised me i only thought it was right!

I got married in a Catholic church and both of my parents walked me down. I love my mom as much as I love my dad and I wanted her to be there too!
