Nope! Neighbors are at it again and this time they threatened me. So I am here- working on a half hour waiting for them.

Depending on how they threatened you and what type of threat it was you NEED to press charges. I've seen you complain about some of the other things that have happened in your complex and you need to take some action. I'm not sure where you live, but you need to bring it to your property manager's attention immediately and let them know that you will hold them civilly liable for any and all future problems you encounter. They have a duty to remove any threats of harm from the area and to handle them properly once you've brought it to their attention. You may want to consider contacting an attorney.

We are contacting an attorney thank you so much Jann- BIL is an attorney, but his father passed away last week so we didn't want to bother him just yet. I have brought the last threat to the property managers attention. They just say if we don't like it move! We have been here for almost 4 years and these animals have only been here since August 1st.

The owner of the complex, as well as 3 others is a 28 year old girl. Who does not like anyone who doesn't kiss her a$$ because she is rich. I don't call her Miss Sandra as she wishes so that is problem number one!

Maybe now Frankie will wake up to the fact that we need to move out! He does not want to go- I don't blame him. But he works nights and is not home when these animals at their peak.

I have been keeping a journal as to everything they do: the hours that they wake me, the hours that they BLAST their music, the times that they 'drop' things (as they always claim to the landlord). I have just had it.

I am the idiot because when I wanted to move out I didn't want to go without my husband and now to be honest I don't care. If he doesn't care about my well being then he can keep his sorry a$$ here!

Do you live in Nassau? I practice landlord-tenant law (tenant side) in Nassau and know quite a lot of the major landlords. I might be able to get you info on some higher ups that you can contact. Keep meticulous notes about when these things happen and what action you took and what action the property manager took. If you need any other info, feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Sadly I live in Suffolk. I am going to the first precinict now I am done waiting! I have had it with the police officers in this area!

Well, if you'd like, I can get you info from some of the attorneys in our Suffolk office if you need it. Good luck...call the police again and don't let them leave without filing a complaint. If they refuse to do anything, go to the D.A. tomorrow.

Jamie I cannot believe this is still going on!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!! It is totally unfair that you should have to move out after 4 years. Maybe you should invite the manager over for a late snack!!!!

You know they told the police- these f-in liars. They told the cops, that they are under the impression that my husband left me and that is why I am crazy. I cannot believe these liars!

Here is the kicker he told me to call back if anything happens again, because they are not busy out here. So why did it take so long for him to get here. Also when he knocked on their door it just opened. They don't even lock their door!
