Well we're not gonna make the minimum, this stinks, I hate the fact that we have been telling people what day we are getting married for 14 months now and where and people have other obligations, and OOT couldn't plan properly (their words not mine) If I would have known people weren't going to come out of the 260 I invited to meet my 170 minimum I would have invited others. Oh well what can ya do.

Right now we have 127 coming and we are making phone calls but most say I didn't send the RSVP because I am not coming (mostly OOT's)

I didn't make my minimum and unvited some of the girls from here. I have also been to weddings from LIW Girls. They are actually the most fun because you get to see and appreciate all the hard work they put in that the average guest might not notice.

those numbers scare me too-- but we don't have a lot of OOT guests.. Did you?? That really sounds a lot like people who are unable to come.
We are hoping to get 210/215 out of the 267 (and potentially growing) we invite.
I think OOT really affect it.. Plus- you are getting married on a holiday weekend.. when did you send out your STD's?

we needed 150 invited 190 and winded having 137 but then I invited LIW girls and got 145.
