Anyone want to share Program Templates

Hi ladies
I'm looking for a template for a program. Specificially I'm looking for one that is just half of an 8x11 sheet of paper. It's probabaly a lot to fit on one sheet but I think I have seen it done before. Anyone have this - or if you have another you are willing to share, I would love to see it.
Thanks!!!!
Christine
