Update So I went today and it was great. I'm so happy that I went. I hope to lose some weight. I made a friend there.

Good for you, friends always help. I used to go w/ my aunt but now my fh bought me the weight watchers scale, so I weigh myself at home once a week and don't have to spend the money. Let us know your progress.

I will keep you guys updated. I know it works I just have to stick to it. I did it for a month on my own and lost 4lbs.
Will see how it goes. I have to get back to the gym now too.
