Anyone who blocked rooms at Huntington Hilton

Hi Ladies,
Where do I start? We are having the reception at CLM and I heard they have a shuttle. How many rooms do I book? Do I book one for us now just in case? What if we don't block enough rooms? Please help

Hi there...We booked at Huntington Hilton and are very happy with them...they are organized and very patient at answering questions--ask for Eric and tell 'em Sabrina sent you! (he'll get a good laugh!) Any specific questions, you can FM me...oh, and as for a shuttle, they do have it, but it's kinda pricey..we'll most likely end up doing it....

We booked rooms there and no problems so far-they were good with getting us all the info. and the shuttle-you should def. call and check on availability for the shuttle. I was the last one to book for that day. My banquet mgr. told me that you can call limo co.s and get the shuttle cheaper if the price seems to high w/Hilton but I figured one less vendor to keep track of. Good Luck!!
