Anyone who got married at St.Aidan's in Williston park- when was your Rehearsal??
We are getting married there on a Friday night, but no one has gotten back to us when the rehearsal will be..
isn't it usually the day before?

I am getting married in JUly 2006...at Corpus Christi!
Anyway..the priest told us if he marries us it would be on a Tuesday b/c that it when he is usually free. It all depends on who is doing the rehearsal and when they are available!

I got married there on Saturday, November 27th. We had our rehearsal two Saturdays before. My husband had a very difficult work schedule at that time and our priest was very willing to work with what us.

i'm getting married there on sunday, sept. 4, 2005 and i scheduled my rehearsal on friday nite, sept. 2, 2005. i scheduled it when i scheduled the wedding date. you could just call them up and schedule with the priest who's officiating.

We couldn't have a rehearsal during the week due to out of town guests and didn't want to have it the night before the wedding - so we ended up having it two weeks before on a Friday night. It worked the best for everyone involved. Father Bruno just asked us when we wanted it. And we told him - no questions asked.

We got married on a sunday afternoon and had rehearsal on friday night I believe.

Thanks ladies for your help! I really don't want to do it the night before, but since we live out of state, and everyone in the party is coming from out of state, it would be silly to have a rehearsal with just me and my parents! I am the only one that will be there at least two weeks before. I am hoping that maybe we could do the the Wed before, but I called Father Bruno and he hasn't gotten back to me yet. I will try again tomorrow.
