Did you go and meet with them to do the final must play list and all the final arrangements? I know the paperwork says to fax it to them one month before, but I'm uncomfortable with that, we have some very specific requests, we would rather go over it in person...Wondering how they view this, if anyones has done it. TIA!

I'm not using Tommy's Tunes because I'm having a band. However they are really nice and I'm sure if you called them and asked to meet with them they'd accomodate you.

We just faxed it over and told them our concerns over the phone. They did say we could come in if we wanted to, but most people just fax it.

I called and went into them they don't mind either way they are just trying to make it more convenient for you thats all. They know you are busy going to so many different places.
