anyone willing to posts prices

Ok so having small issues with FH about prices of things. So wuld anyoen mind posting a round about price for things such as DJ, bo-k, cenetrpieces, bridesmaids bo-ks, grooms flowers and things like that. I know I ask for a lot but you guys are all I got!!

what do you want? exact prices were paying for each vendor? or total estimate for an entire wedding?

We are paying
DJ-$1795 plus tax and tip
bok-approximately $600 for all bok's, bot's for guys and corsages for mom's
CP's-making ourselves...about $200

those prices are amazing!! I have been getting such crazy prices I wanted to cry. I thought the prices I was getting were normal and I was just cheap lol. You made me feel so much better!! If your dont want to post it you can FM me but which florists are you using and where are you getting your centerpieces??

for the DJ, we are paying $850, i think

flowers - under $500, but it doesn;t include centerpieces

FLowers are:
1 bride bo-k - red roses and red callas
1 moh bo-k - red & white roses
5 bm b-k - white roses
1 jrbm bo-k - like moh but smaller
1 calla groom bout
11 white rose bouts
2 clutches for moms - whatevr flowers they want
2 corsages for grandmas - whatever flowers
2 large red & white rose altar pices
12 pew bows with 1 red & 1 white rose in each
red roses for the top of my cake
1 tossing bo-k (small bride bo-k)
and...
80 centerpieces!! I wanted low silver bowls filled with red roses (no filer) and since I am havng 20 rectangular tables I want 4 bowls per table. There are bout 2 dozen roses in each bowl! He found a martha stewart pic that looked awesome and he already made me a sample and it looked phenomenal!

Here's a rough break down of vendors
photo/video $3000 (same package is now $3700)
flowers- $2200 (we had 17 low CP of roses and gerber daisies, 1 bride bo-k, 1 MOH bo-k, 5 BM bo-ks, 2 small mom clutches, 1 corsage, 2 baskets of petals, 10 boutenierres, and chuppa rental and decoration)
bands- $5500 ( we had a classical trio for ceremony, calypso band for CH, 8 piece band for reception)
limos- $1250 (one 14 passenger, one 10 passenger, one Rolly Royce)

Flowers- $1475 total 12 centerpieces, 1 mantlepiece, 1 bride bo-k, 1 moh bo-k, 3 bm bo-kay, 6 coursages, all bouteneers, 3 flower girl baskets.

DJ- $1500

Our DJ was between $1600-$1700.- But we did not having any 'frills.' Just the DJ and MC. They only did the reception. I had musicians for the ceremony and CH.

Flowers are relative. It depends what you want. For example- roses are less expensive than calla lillies. Definately shop around. However, you also have to go with the person that you think will do what you want to see (within reason, of course). My florist was a little bit more than what other women are paying on here, but she did exactly what I was looking for and then some. The colors in the Bo-k's and arrangements were AMAZING on our wedding day. I cannot wait to see the proofs. The table cameras did not do them justice.

I'm using LA blossom....I saw how much nferrandi posted she got and her price is amazing! Then I looked and saw she used LA blossom too..that made me happy...she got a LOT for that money!

actually that pkge that was 3700 went up to 4500

OMG.. I am paying almost as much for my flowers as I am for the band... what am i thinking....

flowers include bouquets for 10bm, boutineers, my bouquet, 20 candelabra all roses centerpieces, floating red roses with candles in cocktail hour at tables, dais table, cake flowers, bathroom flowers, church bows and pews and rose clusters on the bows, two large arrangements for church to then be taken to carlyle.... and some other little things like petals for passing trays at carlyle and candles for the tables....

I am also using LA Blossom (laurie is so darn nice!).

Flowers (everything: bo-k, BMs bo-k, bouts, corsages, CPs) = just over 2000

Photo and Video= 4800 (Leli Photography...such a nice guy!!)
