What special foods are they serving at your hall? I spoke to hall and now that my banquet manager is no longer with the company im left with no banquet manager - just whoever is available..
Makes me a little annoyed since one of the main reasons i booked was bc i was very happy with my banquet manager .She seemed to go above and beyond and now i feel like im just another bride to them.. Sad

Awww that sucks but Im sure whoever is the replacement will be great! Don't worry!! Just make sure you discuss the food allergy stuff with them.. Our RH said to let them know anyones food allergies so they can accomodate them or make a special dish.

yeah i did speak with the owner and she told me that we will be working with a banquet manager closer to the wedding, I just need to know now what I'm going to be able to eat.
My banquet manager made it seem like they had alot of options. I cannot have regular pasta- it needs to be gluten free and i know we are having pasta stations at our cocktail hr- there should be one specially for me.
They told me they can serve me grilled chicken, steak, grilled veggies and gluten free pasta- but honestly there are a ton more options they can give me so i was a little annoyed.. and no food tasting- i would have to go back to a bridal showcase and pay again to taste it...
