Anyones FH changing HIS last name??

I was just wondering if there are any men out there who have or are considering taking their FW last name? I would really like FH to take mine, but he is dead set against it.

Someone I went to highschool with had her DH changed his name to hers but no I am adding my DH's last name to mine...

I joke iwth FH all the time about me wanting him to change his last name. He said no, but I dont blame him, he is the only male child in his family. I dont mind changing my last name, yet it kind of bothers me that he doesn't care if I do or don't

You know I think that if men had to do this....they would be soooo upset! FH and I are still arguing about me hyphenating!! I told him if HE had to change his name would he feel the same!!!

My Fi is not taking my name but we are making a new name made up of some of the leters of our last names together

i am not into hyphenating

but i do make my Fi think about taking my name because i could see him go work for my father's company which my dad started and the right name goes a long way in the business

I know a couple that hyphenated the brides last name and grooms last name and the BOTH used it. They have each others names together. Not my taste but I would imagine it keeps everyone happy. I am not that progressive. I will take FH's name.

My cousin's husband did that. He always hated his last name, and so when the time came, he offered to change his.
