It's rare for guys to get it, but it can happen... but no, my FH has never had one!

Basically it's just more common in women because of the way their urinary tract is set up it makes it easier for bacteria to gain entry in there, where in the male unrinary tract it is a little more difficult, but it can still happen.

No but my cat had one twice and the second time it got so bad they had to give him a sex change. Sounds funny but it's true. Don't worry I don't think that this can happen to a man ( i'm talking about the sex change).

That is crazy! I'm assuming they cut off his...AHHH poor kitty cat!
That's even crazier than a friend who took her cat in to be neutered and they said, 'well, we also spayed your cat.' Yup, her cat had both male and female organs!
