Actually he has been home most of the summer but now he is traveling again. This week, Monday-Thursday in Kansas. I just checked the weather and it is 102 there!!! Next week; Monday-Wednesday, Colorado Week after (which is the week of our wedding); Phoniex.
And the Tuesday after our wedding he has to go to England for a week
I'm glad he was abel to pencil in our wedding though!
Anyone else in the same situation???

JT doesn't travel, but he lives in another state, which can be just like traveling when I only see him on weekends. That really stinks that your FH has to travel so much! Maybe you can go with him to England after the wedding!

My FH was away for boot camp Jan - March. June - Aug. But he is finally home! Now, only a few weeknds a month he goes out east.

DH travels all the time. I don't mind though. Summer is his really busy season, and it's almost over. When he's home all the time, he frustrates me! It's good in that we don't take each other for granted.

DH travels a lot and I hate it. I don't like to stay in the house by myself when he's not here. It keeps the relationship going though, absence makes the heart grow fonder!

My DH travels alot for work, but it goes in spurts. He was home for awhile since the wedding (back in April) but now his traveling has picked up again. He was in Ireland last week and will be going to Vegas next week. He's got a bunch more planned through November, but I don't know the details yet. His traveling usually slows down again during the winter months.
I don't mind when he goes away anymore. I used to. (Actually I had a lot more time off at my old job and used to be able to go with him much of the time). But now I love the time to myself and get so much done when he's away! Plus I miss him more and am so happy to see him again when he comes home.

My FH used to travel a lot (2 weeks in Asia every month and the other 2 weeks were were filled with domestic trips.)
It's calm down a bit (mostly domestic), but it's sure to pick up when we return from our honeymoon. He's already got plans to travel to China after we get back.

FI is a CIA - No, not 'CIA'.
His CIA stands for Chief Internal Auditor of his company. He has to travel to all the different sites and subs his company owns or is interested in buying, such as aquisitions. Ever since the WorldCom, Enron and Arthur Anderson mess the government has really stepped up the rules for corporations so he is responsible to make sure everybody is doing the 'right thing'.
I've been to England before so I'm not that interested in going back. When he goes to good places I'll join him, like Paris last March where we got engaged.
The worst part is being home alone I want a dog!!!!!

We're getting a puppy in the fall and I can't wait! We have 2 cats now and they help keep me company but I've wanted a dog for so long, help me feel safer.

My 2 pooches definitely keep me sane!
They truly help calm my nerves. I remember how easily spooked I was prior to having them. I'm brave now! (with 8 legs of backup.)

Mine does every other week for 3 days. He has a group of employees at a different site and has to keep an eye on them
I miss him sooo much when he is gone, especially since our kitty cat passed away. It is very lonely and quiet when he is gone
We will have this upcoming long weekend together and then he will be gone. You will see a lot of me on these broads next Tuesday!!!
