Hi. FH and I are looking for an apartment. We would like an apartment in a house. I'm not really into the complex thing. We need a place that will allow one cat. Washer/Dryer is a plus, some sort of small yard would be nice. We would like 2 bedrooms, but I think 1 bedroom may be more in our price range. It can be anywhere in eastern nassau or western suffolk. Anyone know of anything out there around $1500 a month?

Its really hard to find what you want especially W/D in someones house. We found our place on craigslist and I loved it but reallllllllly wanted a W/D too. I couldnt find one with a W/D so we took the place we loved anyway but I am sure if you keep looking you'll find what you want. Craigslist has two sites though...one for local and one national. Sometimes there are different apaprtments on both. if you type craigslist longisland in google you will see some diff places then if you just go to craigslist and click ny then click long island. You can rent a house for 1500 near me! Ok im way out on the island and youd prob havta pay all utilities but still.
Def craigslist, pennysaver, newsday.
