anyone live in or know of any nice complexes in nassau county. my fh and i are starting our hunt now. any help would be great!!!!

I live in Great Neck and it has TONS of apt. buildings. We rent a huge 1 bedroom within walking distance to the LIRR. If you need more info, please don't hesitate to email me!

I think the going rate for a 1 bdrm in a complex in Nassau will be at least $1,000, but more like $1,200 per month.

We pay $1200.00--it's a massive 1 bedroom with a dining room, living room, EIK, full bath and the best part--it has a dishwasher!! Our building is rent stablized-which is a rarity on LI.
