The apartment is in Northport/East Northport Area - about 10 mins from Northport village and about 2 minutes from the LIRR station. (You could walk to it in about 5 minutes).
We have a high ranch and the apartment is the ground level floor.
It's a very big 1BR, kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath with tub.
Private entrance and off street parking.
Everything is new. DH and I used to live in the apartment while renovating upstairs so we fixed up the apartment for ourselves so it is nice.
It is $1200/month includes utilities.
