Nothing.

But if we have to pay 2 months rents to get out of the lease we will. We have decided to push our closing back till after thanksgiving so we can secure a tenant, if we can't, then we will spend the money.

You are probably going to have to drop it down to $1400 or so to get people biting on it.

If somebody is going to pay that kind of cash for a 2br... they want ultra-convienence to work.

Well, the community has it listed for $1730, I commute to NYC from Ronkonkoma and it is a quick ride to the train station....an easy commute and that end of the LIE is empty..and it is about 5 min or less to the LIE or Sunrise from where we are...

If the community has it listed for that... then why not just list it with the community?

What type of complex is it? Co-ops? Condos? You just want to sublet it?

It is the Alexan in Bellport. It is condos/townhomes, but only rentals so they call them apartments. Since we RE-signed our lease we have to sublet the apartment or pay the $4,000 to break the lease. We found the house ONLY after signing for a new year and the Alexan office told us to sublet it-it was fine w/ them. They won't do it for us....
