My husband and I are building a brand new one bedroom apartment in the basement of our house. We live in Seaford. Its a one bedroom apartment with use of your own washer and dryer. We are looking for $1,100 -$1,200 a month (includes all)
We are looking to have a tenant move in either November 1st or Nov. 15th. We are waiting for the cabinets to be installed any day now. Everything is brand new - from the bathroom - to the kitchen - to all appliances. Own private entrance in the backyard.
We live very close to all Parkways and the LIRR. I have attached a picture of the outside of the house.

I'm bumping this. We just recently finished the apartment and are looking to rent it out soon. Please pass along to anyone who is interested. The rent is between 1100-1200.
