When DH adn I were looking for a one bedroom last year we saw some things around $1300, but anything under that was like in the basement of someones home which I found really weird.
We found the same thing. If we found something around $1000, I'd have way more money right now!

Ughh.. it stinks!!! We might have to go with a realtor since its cutting it close.
I have called 32489723 ads and noone calls back! So rude!!!
