We are looking for an apartment in the Forest HIlls area.
Does any one know an honest and reliable agent who they recommend?
TIA

Re: Apartment Hunting - Recommend your agent!
YES! Are you looking to buy? If so, try Alice Ko with RE/MAX ... I think her office was in the Bayside/Flushing area but we were looking in FH/KG/KGH area and she found us our DREAM apartment that we weren't even going to look at because it was one bedroom ... but we LOVE it and have her to thank! We never would have looked at it without her!

Not really looking to buy right now, we'd probably stay for a while and then eventually buy a house in LI.
Would she stil be able to help for rentals?

Hmm, I am not sure that she does rentals to be honest. But it can't hurt to give her a call and ask, right?

Re: Apartment Hunting - Recommend your agent!
I just purchased a co-op in forest hills and used Vicky @ Century 21 Benjamin Realty. They are located in Forest Hills and are very familiar with all the building. I tried using agents not familar with the area and it just made the process longer. You should give her a call. She is super sweet, honest and very responsive.
Work (718) 301-0527 or Cell (371) 862-0310
I checked out their site and I know they do rentals as well.
