Apartment or Condo Complexes?

Ladies,

Not sure if this has been done before, but could we please start a thread of apartment complexes/buildings/condo complexes on LI?

FH and I are going to be renting or buying a condo, but besides MLS, Newsday, and apartments.com, and craigslist we want to make sure we cover all our bases when we look.

FH has no desire to live in someone else's basement or 2nd floor, and I sort of don't blame him.... we'd like our OWN place...

Can we give suggestions of nice complexes please? Preferably in Nassau, but let's use this thread to help us all out! Thanks (especially to our LIW bride realtors ;) )
