im not opposed at all to renting in a home. i just didnt know if there was a way to safeguard against a bad landlord or something like that. i didnt know the best way to go about starting my search! A condo isnt an option for me at the moment.

The price of homes on Long Island is ridiculous! We were going to but a house this year but it's next to impossible to do that and plan a wedding. We might build a house next year.
