apartment search??

Hi Girls,

So the fiance is trying to sell his co-op in Bayside but its moving so slowly so we may need to rent for a while until we can buy a house (probably less than a year). He works in NYC and I work in Mastic Beach.

Does anyone know a decent place to rent thats not super $$ or super trashy that would be convenient for where we both work?

I'm looking and I did a search with my website my realtor gave me for places in ronkonkoma because i know there's a train station there and it's pretty close to mastic beach.

There's a 1 bedroom close to the train station and lie that's 875 a month and it looks like everything's included. FM if you want the address and mls number. Maybe you can find it that way?

i actually have an agent that ONLY does rentals! she has apartments with a broker fee and some with NO broker fee!
