Re: Apartments & Utilites question
we have a railroad, so it's the entire length of the building (like long, thin apt, approx 650 sq ft) and our electricity is $75/month. We don't pay for heat or hot water (included in rent).
So I feel like for a one bedroom, it's reasonable to estimate half of that.

Re: Apartments & Utilites question
We are on balanced billing for $70 a month. We need to get the monthly fee adjusted though b/c at the end of the year we always gave about $70 balance in our favor. So I would realistically say like $60/mth. This is for a 1 br. 1bth.

Re: Apartments & Utilites question
Our 3 bedroom apartment goes from $75-$150, depending on whether or not we've got the AC cranking.

Re: Apartments & Utilites question
I did balanced billing with LIPA and since we use it more in the summer, it was like around $45 a month. Right before I moved, it was down to $35 per month.
