Apology from CHCC

Apology from CHCC

As some of you know I had an issue when visiting with Leo at Crest Hollow Country Club. I decided to write them a letter stating how i felt and so forth and I just got an apology. She wants to set up another appointment and now I don't know how to feel about it. I don't want to feel like the _____ who complained and is now walking back in. I don't want any hostile feelings from anyone and I surely don't want flem in my cake hahahaha. But seriously. what would you do?

go. and let them kiss your ***.
if they deserve to give you an apology, let them give it. if they want to compensate or upgrade you or anything, let them.
they are in the service industry and are used to accomodating all of their guests. they should do whatever necessary to make you happy. its your big day!
let them!

They may totally kiss your *** and through stuff in! Its a bad economy they cant afford to disregard people who are very interested. Its worth a shot since you liked the place so much!

These places go on word of mouth business as much as any other place of business

If one bride is unhappy the entire bridal world will know

Go and see ......they need to bend over backward, stand on their head and kiss your @$$ and if they don't then you walk right out and find a place that will

They need your money you don't need them
remember you are the one holding the check

Get everything you want and more

def go and let them make it up to you!!! Even if you dont book with them...its ok if they waste their time since they did that to you. But if you liked the place and they are willing to go above and beyond to make it up to you then it cant hurt...as long as you dont deal with the same BM

I would go, walk in there letting them know ur still not right about the whole thing. Like just in the way u act. And totally let them make it up to u. If not, id walk right out and never look back.

Just one thing though.. do not act crazy! Lol as much as u may want to flip, then they'll just say. There goes another crazed bridezilla!

Good luck!! Keep us posted!

I agree with what the everyone else said, GO!!! Make them kiss your ***!!! Make them throw in a Viennese hour for like $2pp (usually 10) or the seafood boat. Make them go above and beyond. And Still work them down in price! Also, you want a saturday night wedding with your guarantee of 120! Make them work and work HARD!!!

Good Luck (to them ) and keep us posted!

I would only go back if your truly set on booking there. Whatever was the major put off - throw it on the table right off the back and make sure you feal that its all resolved so both parties are happy, Oh yea totally negotiate a better deal. Hope to hear an update

Re: Apology from CHCC

I would atleast hear them out and see what they decide to offer in lieu of a bad first impression

I mean its a sales business and given the economy they should make it a point to atleast rectify what they did wrong

doesn't mean you should now feel obligated to book with them though

Honestly, you might have to run into Leo a couple times during the planning process even if you don't book with him, which can be uncomfortable. If you can deal with that, then go for another meeting, but if you don't think its worth it, then look elsewhere.

FH & I looked at one RH and the owner/BM was really out of his mind and made us feel less than worthy and as we were driving home I said to FH 'You know, if we book at this place we'll have to deal with that guy for a year.' So we booked VYC which I liked the minute I walked in and our BM has been a godsend, helpful in every possible way. Every time we go to VYC to make a payment, we leave thinking 'thank g-d we booked here.'

They are going to be extra nice to you now. I would go and just eat the food they are going to give you. Crest Hollow is a really nice place. Someone o i work with got married there in October and she ranted and raved about it so it might be worth another chance.

I would go and see what they can do for you. Just because one person there turned you off - the next person you deal with could offer you the world. I dont think it would hurt to go.
BTW- I have been to weddings at CHCC and they were all amazing.

Good Luck!

I would reply and tell them that you're very uncomfortable dealing with them in any way after the way you were treated. And I hope you already told them everyone on LIW knows what happened.

I don't know if I would book with them after I was treated so badly. I'd be waiting for it to happen again.
