Apology from CHCC

Original post by Bela

As some of you know I had an issue when visiting with Leo at Crest Hollow Country Club. I decided to write them a letter stating how i felt and so forth and I just got an apology. She wants to set up another appointment and now I don't know how to feel about it. I don't want to feel like the _____ who complained and is now walking back in. I don't want any hostile feelings from anyone and I surely don't want flem in my cake hahahaha. But seriously. what would you do?

SO I ENDED UP EMAILING JANINE BACK AND SAID THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO HER ON THE PHONE BEFORE MAKING A TRIP OUT THERE. AND I NEVER GOT A CALL OR EMAIL BACK. SAYS ALOT ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

hey - what was the issue at CH that warranted a written apology?
I am meeting with Leo on saturday to discuss some issues i am having and i think it will be helpful to know what issues you had too

thanks

If they don't treat you right from the start, forget about it. There's plenty of other RHs.

I wouldn't book there. With so many RH's on Long Island to choose from there is no need to be annoyed or have bad feelings from a place. i had that with one of the RH's I visited. The guy kept trying to make me book there or to change my date to winter so that it was cheaper. I didn't want someone telling me what to do so I definitely did not book there

i would just go in there and talk to them face to face about the problem. going back and forth with letters is going to take some time to resolve the problem. i had a problem with them and i called the chcc up and spoke to the manager. i think her name was jeanine...???
she was great and tried to help us the best she could. who cares if u complained?? ure paying soooo much money to have a wedding there, and if they cant accomodate what u what or need, then they should try to help u out.
