Here is another one: 12:00 AM is midnight, 12:00 PM is noon. My ceremony is at 12:00 PM, not midnight.

Ridiculous has no 'e' in it!

you are so funny, but I do have have a question.

When the heck do I put an ' before the s and when do I put it after? So confusing!

before the s when it's singular, after when it's plural.

ex: one cat's bone, two cats' bones


i am anal retentive when it comes to grammar!! i correct FH all the time. granted i make mistakes on LIW because i don't proofread usually.

also 'it's' is only IT IS. if your saying that something BELONGS to 'it' you DON'T put an apostrophe even though it's possessive!! don't ask me why, it's just the rule.

I am SOOO happy that you're all having fun w/ this post. I was so afraid you were going to think it was obnoxious b/c that certainly was not my intent.

While Im at it, I will add:

TOO- means also
'I am going to the movies too'

THEIR- possession- something owned by 'them'. 'Let's go over to their house'

I might be wrong but isn't there a comma in that sentence? 'I am going to the movies, too.' What bothers me, is when people write 'alot' it's two words - a lot!

Really?? I'm sure you have. It's the one where they go to the beach house and you think Ross & Rachel are gonna get back together. But then she writes him this long letter (18 pages front and back) and they end up fighting again!!

It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it IS a big deal!!!!!!!

I KNEW IT!!!!!!!

I make FH play friends triva game w/ me! He gets so annoyed because he doesn't know ANY answers, but I love beating him! (we're very competitive!)
