Appointments this weekend! So excited!!

We went to see The Old Field Club last weekend and I loved it! The pricing was just a little on the high end of our budget. This weekend we are going to look at:
Mansion at Timberpoint
Smithtown Landing
Watermill
Miller Place Inn
Three Village Inn

Does anyone have actual pictures of the Carnegie Suite at the Watermill, so i can see it before we go?

Any words of advice? Anyone see these recently?

I'm a watermill bride & I thought they only had 2 rooms- the Vanderbilt & the Astor. The Vanderbilt is the bigger of the 2. Not sure which one you're referring to but you can check their Facebook. they have updated pics of both rooms.

Appointments this weekend! So excited!!

I visited Timber Point back in September. I wanted to see Old Field Club but it was out of our budget and I didn't even want to fall in love with it. I really liked Timber Point. The grounds are beautiful and Miriam (the coordinator) was super sweet!!

I met with Miriam at Timberpoint too she was so nice and friendly. She seemed like she really cared about finding out what we liked

oh yes I know what you're referring to now. they call it the Carnegie chapel. it's the room they use for indoor ceremonies or indoor cocktail hours. here are some pics I took of it & a pic I found on their Facebook

I have a co worker who got married at Old Field Club. And when I told her 'oh I wish I could get married there, but they are out of our price range and they have a minimum'

She said, 'Wow, really?'. She said when she got married there about 3-4 years ago, on a Saturday, there were no minimums (now it's 125). She was very surprised to hear they had one since the place is small, she said.

Timber Point is amazing and Miriam is great! She really wants to help you with your wedding! They were definitely one of our top choices!

OFC still has 'no minimums for Friday/Sunday' listed on their site but was told 'they need to change that'

That Carnegie room looks really nice but a litttle more on the catering hall side than we would like :/ I guess I will still check it out though.

We're having a small wedding (100 or less ppl) and we are looking for an intimate feel, personal vibe, if possible.

Any other suggestions, I'm open :)

I loved three village inn! We started out with hopes of having a wedding of 100 people or less too and three village inn would have been perfect for that! And definitely not the typical catering hall.
