There will be 2 cheeses, 1 salad and 2 chocolates for everyone to share (there will be at least 9 burners of cheese and chocolate-5 of a flavor, 4 of the other). I will list the choices, you can pick as many as you like. I will do my best to have the majority flavors for us, so please respond with your choices!!


CHEESE FONDUE
At The Melting Pot, great fondue begins with the finest quality cheeses rich in flavor and creamy smooth in texture. All Cheese fondues are accompanied by fresh baked breads, vegetables and apples for dipping.

~Cheddar Cheese Fondue
Aged, medium-sharp Cheddar and mild Emmenthaler Swiss cheeses, melted in a lager beer with garlic and seasonings.

~Traditional Swiss Cheese Fondue
Blend of Gruyere and Emmenthaler Swiss cheeses, melted in a white wine with a touch of garlic, nutmeg, fresh lemon and Kirchwasser liqueur.

~Fiesta Cheese Fondue
Cheddar cheese melted in a lager beer with the flavor of Mexican herbs, spices, jalapeno peppers, and salsa. Served with crisp tortilla chips… and we’ll make it as spicy as you like.

~Wisconsin Cheese Trio
Creamy Fontina and Butterkase, as well as Buttermilk Bleu Cheese melted in white wine with scallions and a hint of sherry.

~Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Fondue
Fresh spinach and artichokes added to our rich and creamy blend of Fontina and Butterkase cheeses and melted into a vegetable bouillon.


SALADS
~ California Salad
Mixed baby greens, Roma tomatoes, walnuts and Gorgonzola cheese, topped with homemade Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing.

~House Salad
Crisp greens with Roma tomatoes, croutons, sliced eggs, scallions and Cheddar cheese, topped with our Sweet and Tangy House Dressing or our Peppercorn Ranch Dressing.

~Mushroom Salad
Baby spinach with sliced baby Portobello mushrooms, red onions, bacon and Roma tomatoes, topped with a Warm Burgundy Shallot Dressing.

~Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed in our Caesar dressing, topped with fresh croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and parmesan crusted pine nuts.


CHOCOLATE FONDUE
Dessert fondue is accompanied by fresh strawberries, bananas, Rice Krispie® treats, cheesecake, brownies, pound cake and our signature marshmallows.

~Flaming Turtle
Milk chocolate, caramel and chopped pecans, flambéed tableside

~Disaronno Meltdown
Silky white chocolate swirled with Amaretto and flambéed tableside

~Yin and Yang
Half dark and half white chocolate, artfully swirled in the same pot for the special mix of flavors

~Chocolate S’mores
Milk chocolate fondue, with marshmallow cream, flambéed and garnished with Graham Crackers

~The Original
This original recipe features our signature milk chocolate with a swirl of crunchy peanut butter.

~Bailey’s Irish Cream Dream
Milk chocolate swirled with Bailey’s Irish Cream

~Cookies N Cream Marshmallow Dream
Dark chocolate topped with marshmallow cream, flambéed to toast marshmallow, swirled together and garnished with crushed Oreo cookies

~Bananas Foster
White chocolate swirled with bananas, creamy Dulce de Leche and a bit of cinnamon, flambéed tableside.

~Pure Chocolate
Dark, white or milk chocolate melted for the most pure of all chocolate fondues.

~Caramel
Pure caramel melted down, great for the allergies to milk.
