Hi Ladies. Did everyone send out their invitations? Where is everyone going on their HM?

I sent out my invites...we are going to Aruba on our HM.

thanks! i think the designer 'tricked' me though -- he was sort of making fun of me b/c i wanted sleeves and a high neck and i wanted him to raise it in the back and he said, what are you a mormon?!? anyway, i think he made the back a little lower than i remember the sample being. i had to go out and buy a new bra on saturday, b/c the one i bought earlier you can see the back.....

Ok girls...what do you have left to do? I feel like I'm at a standstill. I can't do my placecards...till I get back those darn RSVP's. I'm holding off on making favors for the same reason...I don't want to make too many...but don't want to be short. All vendors are booked...I will call at the beginning of April to confirm all the details. What about you?

I've got lots to keep my busy the next 2 weeks:
Wed: Makeup trial
Thurs: Hair Trial
Sat: going to jeweler for final ring fitting (it's custom made)
Sat: MY SHOWER!!!!!!
Tues: my first dress fitting
Thurs: menu/linen selection

I'm still waiting on some responses as well, and then like you said then I'll get the place cards made up by the lovely Linda at Linda's lovelies. Then I'll work on the seating chart...
The favors are being made by a friend, so no worries on that. We do still have to meet with our priest and go over that stuff. and we'll have our DJ & florist meeting probably the first week of april.

Whew--- can't believe I'm on top of this stuff!

We are going Thursday for our marriage license. We are also going to make another payment to photographer, than hopefully we'll go check out some tuxes! He said I can chose a couple and he'll pick from them. He wants to go March 20 with his best man, is that enough time??? I guess we'll find out Thursday. Saturday I'm going to go for a fitting for my dress. I'm also going to try to call the judge to confirm.

Oh...I forgot...I have my 2nd dress fitting tonight!!! I've got a hair trial on March 20 also.

Schedule hair trial
Favors
Meet with priest
select music & readings for church
Marriage license
make programs, menus, & placecards
pick up my ring
Start tanning soon
make final payments to vendors
go for 2nd fitting in 3 weeks

Last night we picked out the tuxes and tonight we're going to pick our menu. I had my shower on Saturday! So, I also need to write a ton of thank yous.

I know this is a sore subject for most of us, but how is everyone doing with the RSVP's? We've gotten about a third back. We went 3 days with no responses at all.

I'm over it though. Even the 'no's' aren't bothering me any more!
I'm beaten down and too exhausted to care.
Kidding of course (I'm actually well medicated is all).

We are not doing well with the RSVP's....I counted this morning...we are still missing 37 responses...and that accounts for about 75 people. So far...I only have 52 people on the yes list...including US! Our RSVP date is March 10...so I'm hoping that they all come in at the end. FH's parents keep telling me this one is coming and so-and-so is coming...but I haven't received the card back yet. I don't get it. PUT IT IN THE MAILBOX ALREADY!!!

LOL...ok...I feel better now

FH calculated that we have 57% of our responses back. So we have a while to go. Our date is March 17.
And I totally dont' mind the no's anymore. We've gotten quite a few of them-- esp. from my friends! Everyone has another wedding that day! Are they going to your weddings?

I'm going for my license today. very excited!
