Quick Update! Just got off with DB. They are sending me the party menu with pricing. They do not have the small room so we would need the big private room which has pool tables. The cost of this room is a 100 an hour. SO I am thinking maybe 3 hours and it is over 30 over us so that is less than 10 pp to play unlimited pool for 3 hrs. I would love to hear your thoughts while I await the menu.

There is an age limit of 21 after 10:00 I believe, at least the other Dave & Busters are like that.

i'm pretty sure the rule applies after 10 you must be 21..

Has nothing to do with who you are with. I think they try to bring in an older crowd at night because, there are 1000 kids running around there during the day so they make an age requirement after a certain time.

did everyone forget about the GTG? Since we have to put money down and this is not easy for all I will get there at like 7:30 with the head count and see what they will do for us!

I know there is really no easy way to do this, but that place is a zoo on Friday's & there is no way they are going to be able to seat 40 people. What about setting up that paypal thing and have everyone pay you on the spot the deposit? Don't ask me how to do that, I just remember someone saying you can.

I believe sending the money is free but there is a fee for receiving it.

Maybe we should look into that. If it is a minimal fee, I am sure everyone does not mind to chip in a little more. I think it is just nicer to all be in a little private area so we can mingle.

ok well i had another idea but i think it might be too far for the city people. but follow me. FH and I went around town by my house getting prices for the rehearsal dinner. anyway we went to an awesome mexican place by me and it was 20 bucks per person for appetizers and an entree (from a list of about 5) and coffee and tea. Other bevrages were not included. Anyway maybe not do it at that place but at another mexican type place. I think this type of food is rather inexspenive. the place by me is nice with a separate floor and they only require like 50 bucks deposit. it is in babylon village. if its not too far for poeple from the city i can find out. but if not maybe we can look into don juans on old country road or something similar.

Thats a thought.

but I just checked paypal. If at least 25 people send me 16 dollars via paypal from a personal account (no debit or credit cards), that will give me the 400 deposit to leave.

Me and FH equals 2 people. Need 23 more.
