There have to be more. I went to Tommy's Tunes recently to ask him to do a light show for my band and he already had seven weddings booked for that day!! Wonder why it's sooo popular?

IMO, April 30 is popular because you still get the reduced April rates, but it's as close to the warmer May weather as possible. That's why I'm thinking of April 30 but I am 2006.

Yep- I think it was like a 4,000 difference. O am getting married on a Sat night and the Sunday (next day) May 1st was 4,000 higher

for teachers i know there are weird breaks this year and many people have 3 days off that week or the whole week off....this could be why

i wanted may but some things got in the way

Yeah, for me April 30 is a Sunday, but I am fine with a Sunday wedding. However, I did find a hall that is only $3 more pp if we move it to a Sunday in May. We might actually be doing this just to make sure it's a bit nicer out. I am want an outdoor ceremony and April is a bit cold and usually rains.
