APRIL BRIDES!

Here are a few things-
favors, flowers, gifts for the bridal party, groom & parents, find hairdresser/make up person for trial, help your fiance get an idea of what kind of tux he wants and for the men, pick out readings/music for church, take a dance lesson or two with your fiance....and the list goes on...:o) Good luck. I am getting married 3 weeks before you and our list isnt really finalized either but it's pretty solid and I ordered some extra invites for those unforeseen situations.

Another 4/28/01

We FINALLY decided on invitations and of course I am hunting around to get them cheaper--even though it took months to pick them out--
we still don't have limos-- but the rest is all done finally-- we just did the florist and cant wait to see the centerpieces( i agonized over them) but I ordered personalized coloring books (we are having 9 kids) and they came out amazing--would recommend them to anyone (Only $4.95 each)

Natasha-Don't stress

I am getting married in March and I ordered my invitations last Saturday. Most places have them done rather quickly, I will have mine in 2-3 weeks, plenty of time, so you are on track. I do think that doing some things earlier is better if possible because of that time crunch as you get closer but try not to let it worry you. I just went through a phase of not really doing stuff for the wedding and then I found out my dress was in and I got back into it. Good luck.
They had a really decorative front cover-- you can create it and then have Kinkos or Staples copy it onto heavy heavy paper-- so that will be the only real cost and then the rest you can do on a regular printer and make regular copies-- at work if you can sneek it!!! and then they have the special staplers that can staple in the middle of the book -- You should def play around with it--the cost is basically minimal and everyone will love them--

it does end!

It does end, after the wedding day (NO!?!!) but so many times, I hear the newly-married ladies saying they miss this time because the day went so quick. Keep trying to enjoy yourself with the planning! It will be so worth it.

APRIL BRIDES!-Ayanna

What are you doing for favors?

When you order from the stores there may be a longer lead time.

APRIL BRIDES!

I had looked in EVERY mail order and finally went to a local party store and found the exact invitation I had in my head all this time and it was 30% off--- all the stores do that-- so def dont rely on just the catalogs-- I even found catalog companines in the store at 30% off-- so check out a place like party city--
