I did it after a couple of months of being engaged but I don't think there is any timeline to abide to

The Man of Honor is asked, and the Best man has been asked. I only have to drive to Virginia to ask my best friend to be my Matron. I can't do it over the phone. So far my Bridezilla moment is that I am having two 'honors'.
