I think I will make potato frittata. Don't laugh but I've never gone out to brunch. Is potato frittata o.k.? or I can make colombian empanadas.
I'm assuming this is like Tortilla de Patata or Tortilla Espanol...
which is my FAVORITE!!! I make my MIL make it all the time!!! perfect for brunch!!! and dinner...and snacking...

I realized last night that we already have a Crumb Cake recipe from Erica, so I switched to Buttermilk Cinammon Muffins

I think Tortilla de Patata is sweet potato. Hmmm Tortilla espanola I think I'll have to ask my mami. Tortilla de Papa is potato and the Pope is El Papa. My sweetie gets a kick out of it he says I call the Pope the French Fry

Ok I have this fantasitic recipe for So Co punch which is very light and delicious (It's made with oj and lemonade and so co and other things) I'd serve it at a brunch along with mimosas. Is this ok? or are we just sticking to food???
